Tim began his career in the HVAC industry in 1983, gaining early hands-on experience while working for an HVAC wholesaler.

Driven by a desire to deepen his technical expertise, he later joined the Steamfitters Local 602 apprenticeship program, where he honed his skills and became a journeyman. Tim spent the next 16 years working in the field, building a strong reputation for quality workmanship, problem-solving, and leadership.

His extensive field experience naturally led him into a management role in the office, where he combined technical knowledge with strategic oversight and team leadership. After fifteen years of dedicated service leading the 91看片 service team, Tim assumed the role of President. In this position, he continues to guide the company with a commitment to excellence, mentorship, and the values he developed throughout his decades in the HVAC industry.
